Membership fees include Olympic Lifting, daily non-barbell options, and strength and conditioning classes.

NEW TO CROSSFIT & DRIVEN or working out in general?

We will teach you everything you need to know and modify as needed along the way. You are in experienced and GREAT hands! Saturdays 8-9:30 and Sundays 10-12 are times focused to help beginners or experienced members that desire more specific direction to meet their goals - WE ARE HERE TO TEACH AND HELP YOU MEET YOUR GOALS!
