10 hollow rocks

B: 5 minute amrap

20 double unders

10 ab mat sit-ups

C: 5 minute amrap

10 kb swings (53/35)

10 box jumps (24/20")

Each person will perform A, B & C

1 minute rest b/t each amrap

Teams will combine scores from each.
