1000m light jog

*at the half way point, 10 squats + 20 walking lunges

*once back in the gym, 10 squats + 20 walking lunges

OFF DAY FOR WENDLER STRENGTH

Split Squat:

3 x 10 each leg

Single leg deadlift:

3 x 10 each leg

Single Arm press (db/kb):

3 x 10 each arm

5 rounds for time

400m run

5 strict pullups

10 push-ups

15 ab mat sit-ups

Post Workout: 3 sets

:30 second ring hold (hollow body position)

10 ring rows
