3 x 5 (add load if applicable)


For time..

100 calorie airdyne

30 plate jump burpees

1 mile run

30 burpee to pullups

200 ab mat situps

* If large class, athletes can start on Airdyne or Run, then switch.

* you can plug in sit-ups anywhere you like and may break them up.

*you must do the plate jump burpees & burpee to pullups straight

through before moving on.
