the other person must hold a bar off ground

*every time the bar drops, you have to switch

then..

the other person must hold a plank position.

*every time you come out of plank, you have to rotate

then..

1600 meter run

*must rotate each 400m

then..

100 burpees to finish!!

*split them however you like :)
