5 Deadlift @ 65%
10 deficit push-ups (45/25's)  (if applicable)
5 strict pullups
10 split squats (5/side)


Metcon:  3 x 5 minute amrap
Rest 1 minute b/t
Pick up where you left off

10 wallball shots (20/14)
15 kb swings (53/35)
10 box jumps (24/20")
200m run
