Strict Pullups: 3 x max unbroken

Push-ups: 3 x (15-20) use a deficit if this is easy

EMOM for 16 minutes Even: 1 power + 1 squat clean Odd: 1 push jerk + 1 split jerk

Metcon: 5 minute amrap 10 hit the deck shuttles (don't need to go down on 10th rep) 10 toes 2 bar
