Timer Set for 20 minutes:
5 sets of:
1 power snatch + 1 hang power snatch
building load

 

5 sets of:
1 squat snatch
(building load)


Metcon:  21-15-9
wallball shots (20/14)
kb swings (70/53)

5 minute time cap!
