Push-ups:

3 x (10-15) reps  *if easy.. Do deficit*

 

Split Squat:

3 x 10 each leg

 

Metcon:  7 minute amrap

10 wallball shots (20/14)

5 chest 2 bar pullups

30 double unders

 

Post Workout: 1 set

50 ab mat sit-ups

50 supermans or ghd back ext

50 hollow rocks
