HSPU's (or) HS Holds:  3 sets
7-10 hspu's/  :30 second hs hold

 

Weighted Step-ups:
3 x 5 each leg (HAP)

 

bar hang:  (pronated grip only)
3 x :30 second  (if easy, add load)


Metcon: 7 minute amrap
5 hang squat cleans (155/105)
10 push-ups
30 double unders

 

Post Workout: 3 sets
30-50 russian twists
10 hanging leg raises
