EMOM for 10 minutes 1 power clean + 1 squat clean + 1 split jerk

7 minute amrap 5 pullups 10 jumping lunges 15 ab mat sit-ups

Post Workout: 3 sets of.. 30-50 russian twists 25 med ball crunch 1 minute (3 direction plank)
