Deficit Push-ups:  (only if you can do 10+ regular push-ups)
3 x 10-15  (45's/25's)

 

Split Squats:
3 x 10 each leg (HAP)


Metcon:  3 x 4 minute amrap
Rest 1 minute b/
Pick up each amrap where you left off

 

10 hang power snatch (95/65)
5 over the bar burpees
10 shoulder to overhead (95/65)
5 over the bar burpees
10 calorie row

 

Post Workout Skill:
HSPU's, HS Holds, HS Walks, GHD back ext & Sit-ups
