3 x 5 (add load if possible)

Snatch Grip Push Press:

3 x 5 (light to medium load)

EMOM for 10 minutes

1 power snatch + 1 hang squat snatch

Metcon: For time

20 shoulder to overhead

15 power cleans

10 Overhead squats

5 burpee to muscle up (rings) Scale: burpee to pullup

Load: 135/85
