5 inch worm walk outs

EMOM for 8 minutes

3 postion squat cleans

Rest 2 minutes

EMOM for 15 minutes

min 1: 10 push ups

min 2: 10 box jumps (24/20")

min 3: between 7-10 pullups

x 5 sets each

7 minute amrap:

10 shuttles

10 jump lunges

10 toes 2 bar
