1 power clean & jerk

 

Non-barbell option:  Rowing intervals

30 sec on/ 15 sec off x 15 sets

 

 

WOD:  5 minute amrap

5 box jumps (30/24")

10 bar touch burpees

 

Rest 2 minutes

 

5 minute  amrap

10 kb swings (53/35)

10 shuttles
