Static sit squat against wall:

3 x 1 minute (if easy, add load)

HS Hold:

3 x 30 sec

WOD: 5-4-3-2-1 squat cleans (155/105)

after each set, complete the following

10 pullups

10 pistol squats

200m run (100m back pedal/100m regular forward)
