5 OH Squats

5 good mornings

 

EMOM for 12 minutes:

Even minute:  3 position power snatch

Odd minute:  1 squat snatch

 

 

WOD:  

Amrap A:  5 minute amrap

5 thrusters  (95/65)

20 double unders/ 60 singles

 

Rest 2 minutes

 

Amrap B:  5 minute amrap

5  power cleans (115/75)

10 pistols
