5 push jerk

 

 

EMOM for 16 minutes

Even:  1 squat Clean

Odd:  1 push jerk + 1 split jerk

 

Non-Barbell Option:

5 sets

10 calorie row

10 ab mat sit-ups

1 minute jump rope

1 minute plank

 

 

WOD:  5 rounds for time

10m walking lunges (53/35) 1 kb

5 burpees

10m walking lunges (53/35) 1 kb

5 burpees

30 double unders / 60  singles

10 calorie row
