Snatch Grip Push Press:

3 x 5 (light - medium load)

Olympic Lifting:

EMOM for 8 minutes

3 position power snatch + 1 OHS

(hip, mid thigh, floor + OHS)

Non- barbell option:

10 sit-ups + jump rope in the remainder of the minute

WOD: 12 minute amrap

50m single kb farmer carry (53/35)

Complete the run (counter clockwise around track)

20m OH walking lunges (45/25)

1 rope climb/ 2 mods

then.. Run back to your kb & continue
