Snatch Grip Push Press:  

3 x 5 (light to medium load)

 

EMOM for 10 minutes

1 Squat Clean + 1 push jerk + 1 Split jerk

 

Non-Barbell Option:

2k row

 

 

WOD A:  5 minute amrap

10 single leg squats (pistols)

10 push-ups

10 hollow rocks

 

Rest 1 minute

 

WOD B:  2 minute amrap

burpee to toes to bar
