Handstand hold:

3 x 30 seconds / scale: reverse walk up & hold

WOD: 5 rounds for time

10 wallballs

15 kb swings (53/35)

20 double unders

Post: 3 sets

30 seconds hollow rocks

25 Crunches

20 supermans
