Warm-up:  1000m run,  then dynamic stretching & bands

 

Front Squat:  Week 1/ cycle 3:  add another 10lbs

5 @ 65%

5 @ 75%

5+ @ 85%

 

Strict Pullups: (all pronated grip) forward…

3 x 7 (add load if applicable)

 

Weighted barbell step-ups:

3 x 5 each leg

* try to increase load from what you did last week.

 

Handstand hold:  

3 x 30 seconds / scale:  reverse walk up & hold

 

WOD:  5 rounds for time

10 wallballs

15 kb swings (53/35)

20 double unders

 

Post:  3 sets

30 seconds hollow rocks

25 Crunches

20 supermans
