3 x 3 (medium load if technique is solid)

 

Alt kb swings:

3 x 10 (5 each arm)  (use a proper weight)

 

 

WOD:  4 rounds for time

10 push press (95/65)

5 knees to elbows

10 back & forth broad jumps across 4' section
