3 x 5 (add load if possible)

Weighted Step-up:

3 x 5 each leg (use kb's or db's)

Push-ups:

3 x max rep

WOD: 4 rounds for time

200m run

20m burpee to broad jump

10 hanging knee raise

15 ab mat sit-ups

15 minute time cap!
