1+ @ 95%

 

Muscle Snatch:

3 x 5  (keep weight light and use to warm shoulders up!)

 

EMOM for 10 minutes

3 position power snatch

(high hang - mid thigh - floor)  build your load throughout.

 

Metcon:  10 minute amrap

10 kb swings (53/35)

5 plate jump burpees

10 toes to bar

5 plate jump burpees

 

Post Wod:  3 sets

15-20 GHD back ext

30-50 russian twists

15 med ball crunch
