Strict Chin-ups:  3 x 5 (add load if applicable) supine grip

 

Alt kb swings:  3 x 10 each side  (use appropriate weight)

 

Metcon:  for time

10 ground to overhead (135/85)

20 knees to elbows

30 wallball shots

40 ab mat situps

50 double unders

40 ab mat situps

30 wallball shots

20 knees to elbows

10 ground to overhead (135/85)

20 minute time cap.
