3+ @ 90%

Snatch Grip Push Press: 3 x 5 (light/medium load)

Overhead Squat: 3 x 3 (medium load)

Olympic Lifting

Clock set to 15 minutes

5 x 2 position snatch (high hang & mid thigh)

Sets 1 & 2 @ 60%

Sets 3 & 4 @ 65%

Set 5 @ 70%

Metcon

5 minute amrap

5 pullups

10 push ups

15 air squats

*Immediately following… (clock never stops)

500m run time trial
