Front Squat: (all lifts based off 90% of your 1rm)

3 @ 70%

3 @ 80%

3+ @ 90%

Strict Pullups: 3 x max rep

(use same load, or band as last week)

Push ups: 3 x max rep

Olympic Lifting

Clock set to 15 minutes

5 x 2 position cleans (high hang & mid thigh)

Sets 1 & 2 @ 60%

Sets 3 & 4 @ 65%

Set 5 @ 70%

* rest 90 seconds - 2 minutes b/t sets

Metcon

7 minute amrap

10 single arm kb thruster (53/35)

10 burpee to pullup
