5 inch worm walk outs

 

EMOM for 8 minutes

3 postion squat cleans

 

Rest 2 minutes

 

EMOM for 15 minutes

min 1:  10 push ups

min 2:  10 box jumps  (24/20")

min 3: between 7-10 pullu...
